Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Company Information

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Tiny Hands Creations GmbH, located at Limmattalstrasse 170, 8049 Zürich, Switzerland. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking and Payment

Your spot is firmly reserved and guaranteed once the online booking has been succesfully completed.

Payment for the service is made on-site using the usual payment methods or by using existing hour bundle balance or gift card.

The final cost may differ from the price stated during the online booking (e.g. in case of an extension, subject to availability, seasonal promotions, etc.).

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the booked session.

Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full, regardless of the reason (e.g. illness), according to the booked session, or deducted from the available hour bundle balance.

– Email
– SMS or WhatsApp
– Phone call
– In person

4. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the original session, subject to availability. Please contact us early to arrange this.

5. Delays

Please arrive on time for your session.

If you arrive late, your participation may be shortened or, in some cases, no longer possible. The full cost of the booked session will still be charged, with no entitlement to a discount.

6. Cancellations by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency).

If this happens, we will notify you as early as possible. You may then reschedule free of charge or cancel the appointment without any cancellation fee.
