Tiny Hands Creations offers a warm, inspiring playgroup in Zürich for children aged 1.5 years up to kindergarten age. Through creative activities and caring support, we help children develop confidence, social skills, and independence. In our safe and loving environment, every child can grow and learn at their own pace.

Playgroup Impressions
Terms & Conditions
Commitment: Enrollment in the playgroup is possible at any time, subject to availability. The playgroup runs continuously throughout the year and generally remains open during school holidays. Exceptions are two weeks of operational holidays during the winter break and two weeks of operational holidays during the summer break. In addition, the playgroup is closed on official public holidays according to the City of Zurich: Full-day closures on Good Friday, Easter Monday, Labour Day, Ascension Day and Whit Monday, as well as afternoon closures on Sechseläuten and Knabenschiessen. All closure dates are published on our homepage under “Upcoming Closures”.
Fee: Participation is ongoing and billed on a monthly basis. The first month’s fee is calculated pro rata from the official start date. A spot is only considered confirmed once the first payment has been received.
Playgroup fees are billed monthly in advance. Monthly fees remain unchanged even if individual sessions fall on official public holidays or planned operational holidays. If closures occur for other reasons (e.g. operational or unforeseen circumstances), a free replacement session will be offered where possible.
A 20% sibling discount is granted as long as both children are actively enrolled in the playgroup at the same time.
Cancellation: Cancellation is possible with one month’s written notice and is always effective at the end of a calendar month; if notice is given by the last day of a month, participation ends at the end of the following month. No partial refunds are issued for already paid, ongoing months.
Booked participation times are binding. Changes to weekdays or time slots are possible subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Any approved changes take effect from the following month and require our confirmation.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded, credited, or rescheduled, regardless of the reason for absence.
Health & Safety: To protect all children and families, children must stay at home if they are ill or have had a fever within the past 24 hours. We reserve the right to send a child home if symptoms of illness appear during a session.
Trial: 1 trial session can be booked subject to availability. If enrollment in the playgroup follows, the trial session is free of charge. If no enrollment follows, the regular session rate applies.
