Terms & Conditions

Commitment: The playgroup runs in term-based blocks that follow the official Zürich school holidays. Completed payment is required upfront to secure a spot. Joining the playgroup after the start of a term is possible, depending on availability, at a price calculated according to the remaining weeks of the term.
Missed Sessions: Missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund is available if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the start of the signed-up term. After 30 days, no refund is possible.
Sibling Discount: The 20% discount applies only when both children are enrolled in the same term.
Health & Safety: Please keep your child home if they are sick to ensure the well-being of all children.
