Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Company Information

These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with Tiny Hands Creations GmbH, located at Limmattalstrasse 170, 8049 Zürich, Switzerland. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

2. Booking and Payment

Your spot is firmly reserved and guaranteed once we have confirmed your payment.

Please note: Without confirmed payment, there is no entitlement to a reserved spot for the selected session.

3. Hour Bundles

If you have an active hour bundle, please select the “Hour Bundle” option when booking.

In this case, no immediate payment is required to guarantee your booking.

The booked time – or the actual time used in case of spontaneous extensions (if available) – will be deducted from your hour balance after the session.

The same cancellation rules apply: If no cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance, the booked time will be deducted from your balance.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled session and receive a full refund.

Later cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded, or will be deducted from your hour bundle.

– SMS or WhatsApp
– Phone call
– In person

5. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the original session, subject to availability. Please contact us early to arrange this.

6. Delays

Please arrive on time for your session.

If you arrive late, your participation may be shortened or, in some cases, no longer possible – without refund or credit.

7. Cancellations by Us

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or emergency).

If this happens, we will notify you as early as possible. You will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule free of charge.
