Summer Camp Commitment: The summer camp runs from 21-25 July 2025. Completed payment is required upfront to secure a spot.
Health & Safety: The lead educator holds a valid pediatric first aid certificate and is trained to respond quickly and appropriately to minor injuries and medical needs. If your child has any allergies or medical conditions, please inform us clearly during registration so we can take the necessary precautions. In the event of an emergency, parents will be contacted immediately, and appropriate action will be taken to ensure the child’s safety and well-being.
Sick Policy: To protect the health of all children and staff, please keep your child home if they exhibit signs of illness (e.g., fever, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious rashes). If a child becomes unwell during camp, parents will be contacted and asked to collect their child promptly.
Photos & Videos: Throughout the week, we take daily photos and videos to capture the children’s experiences and share them with families via a private WhatsApp group. If you do not wish for your child’s photos or videos to be shared in the WhatsApp group, please let us know upon registration. We do not post any photos or videos showing children’s faces on our social media or website. Only images showing children with covered faces, from behind or of their hands will ever be used for public-facing content.
Cancellations & Refunds: More than 14 days before camp start: 50% refund. Less than 14 days before camp start & no-show: No refund. If we are required to cancel camp due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
Clothing & Belongings: Please dress your child for seasonal outdoor play (waterproof shoes, sunhats, etc.). All personal belongings should be clearly labeled.
