FAQ
All activities take place in one open room with three areas: sensory play, art/crafts, and a cozy corner with books, games, and toys.
- Weekly themes: Activities and setups change every week, often inspired by seasons and festivities. A craft project is always offered, but children are also free to create their own ideas.
- Child-led play: Children choose where to spend their time—whether exploring sensory play, crafting, or relaxing.
- Parent-Child sessions: One parent may join. These sessions are designed for bonding, socialising and shared play; the educator prepares the environment but does not lead a workshop.
- Drop-Off sessions: The educator’s main focus is on the children, guiding and accompanying them in their play, crafting, and individual needs.
Nothing, just bring your good mood! Protective aprons for the children and slippers for accompanying parents will be provided on-site. Additionally, we offer complimentary water, coffee and tea for the guests to enjoy during their visit.
For drop-offs, we kindly ask parents to bring diapers and wipes for children wearing diapers, and a change of clothes for those who are potty training. We also recommend bringing food for longer sessions.
Yes, in the entrance area, there are seating options available. Additionally, there are designated spaces for items such as strollers.
The activity area for children is physically separated from the entrance area, where all activities take place. Before the start of sessions, contact details and any special considerations such as allergies are clarified. The pedagogical caregiver is trained in pediatric first aid in case of medical emergencies. All materials used are of high quality and non-hazardous to health. The premises are cleaned daily, and constant efforts are made to ensure a good indoor environment.
Yes, our space is equipped with a modern air conditioning system. This ensures a comfortable and safe environment for the children, even on hot days.
If your child is sick, we kindly ask you to keep them at home so that all the other children can feel comfortable and stay healthy. We look forward to seeing your child again once they have fully recovered. If you need to reschedule a booked appointment, just let us know.
Cash, Twint, debit and credit cards from all major providers are accepted on-site.
For larger payments – such as hour bundles or birthday parties – we use bank transfer via QR bill.
The Reggio Emilia approach is an early childhood education philosophy that originated in Reggio Emilia, Italy, after World War II, emphasizing child-centered, inquiry-based learning.
Grounded in research on child development, it views children as competent, curious, and capable of constructing their own knowledge through exploration and social interaction. Parents and teachers are seen as partners in learning, and classrooms are designed to be inspiring, with lots of natural light, open space, and materials for art, building, and experimenting.
In practice, this means your child learns through hands-on experiences like art, sensory play, and exploration, in an environment designed to inspire curiosity and support their natural development.
