About Us

Noemi, Gründerin und Leiterin von Tiny Hands Creations in Zürich – kreative Kinderbetreuung und Spielgruppenleiterin

Meet Noemi - Founder, Educator & Playgroup Leader

Noemi founded Tiny Hands Creations in Zürich to support families who often have little or no childcare help, particularly in the city’s large expat community. Born and raised in Ticino, she has worked in childcare since 2012 in Switzerland and the UK, where she also earned her Early Years Education qualification.

Through her work, Noemi discovered how much children benefit from art, craft, and sensory play, activities that can be difficult for parents to provide at home or for Kitas to offer to that extent. At Tiny Hands Creations, she combines her professional expertise with a passion for creating a safe and inspiring space where every child is encouraged to explore, be curious, and learn at their own pace.

Meet Rinchen – Co-Founder & Behind-the-Scenes Strategist

Rinchen is the Co-Founder of Tiny Hands Creations and plays a key role behind the scenes. While Noemi focuses on the children and creative activities in the atelier, Rinchen ensures that everything runs smoothly in the background. He takes care of administration, finances, strategies, and purchases – all the essentials that keep a small business like Tiny Hands Creations stable and growing.

Born and raised in Bern with Tibetan roots, Rinchen works as an assistant doctor in cardiology. His professional background brings structure, precision, and strategic thinking to the team, while his calm and supportive presence makes him an invaluable partner in this shared project.
